Look at her smile, she is smilling so brightly,

I can't see her eyes...

Look at her laughing, so heartily it is the only thing I hear,

I can't see the tears...

Look she is dancing on the path, so happy, so gay,

I can't hear her crying...

Look at her singing, so loud and clear, so full of cheer,

I can't feel her sorrow...
